JoinFS: A Semantic Hierarchical File System

JoinFS is a relational filesystem for the Linux operating system. JoinFS will provide computer users with the ability to easily and seamlessly search information stored on their computers. JoinFS will also allow users to see what relationships exist between files and exploit these relationships in a variety of ways. Users perform searches in order to retrieve this information and can save their search results. This will allow a user to save a search for action movies into something that appears to be a folder to a user, but is actually a saved search.
