Kublits
Kublits is an online service that offers per use basis. Currently to purchase mobiles apps for an Android or Apple smartphone for using credit cards through a Google or Apple account can identify who bought what app by associating credit card information and the purchased app.
By contract, consumers paying with Kublits will preserve the confidentiality of the app purchase. Cryptographic operations provide the consumer with anonymity while resulting in valid payments. Collusion between Kublits and the financial institution cannot result in a determination of corresponding to an app payment.
Bio:
Jan Rubio graduated with his B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics, graduating Summa cum laude. His senior design won the Pelton Award for the Best Engineering Senior Design Project (2nd place). While at GW he was part of Tau Beta Pi, the Association for Computing Machinery and GW Aikido.
